Our Client is a leading global supplier to the automotive and industrial packaging segments and operates in 14 countries with over 6 000 employees.

We are currently looking for a talented Finance Manager to take over 2 production plants in the Czech Republic with some 500 employees ad total turnover in the region of Euro 160 mio.
Our candidate will be fully responsible for Finance department consisting of accounting - 5 FTE, chief accountant included and controlling - 1 FTE.
He/she will report directly to Director Finance Europe & SA with dotted line to the Plant Director.

• min. bachelor in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subjects
• previous experience from an automotive manufacturing environment is essential
• experience in the similar managerial position required (5 years)
• proficient in MS office
• knowledge of US GAAP, PIAP, Hyperion, SOX, forecasts etc.
• local accounting principles
• language fluency in Czech and English
• strong leadership skills, analytical skills, priority setting, ethics and values, drive for results,
• developing direct reports, team work

Overall responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• management, development and preparation of program and financial forecasts
• preparation of business unit's financial packages
• booking, revenue, profit and cash-flow forecast
• development and reviews of EAC
• EVMS reporting and compliance
• internal and external reporting, balance sheet monitoring and analysis
• discretionary planning, reporting, management and analysis
• serves as an advisor to senior leadership team and provides financial reporting and analysis to Business Line. Participates in business development initiatives and propose gate reviews to promote growth
• ad-hoc requests, audit support, business management support of product line
• provides financial leadership to ensure Earned Value Management System, budget planning and tracking of Cost / Schedule and EAC metrics
• develops, plans, organizes and assigns the workflow of the group / department and ensures that projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• responsibility for all aspects of management / leadership
