Research Assistant - Trainee Recruiter

The Person:

The best candidate will be of graduate calibre ideally with an active interest in Information Technology & emerging technologies.

• University degree ideally in economics, international relations or marketing would be an advantage.
• Fluent Czech and English required, other languages advantage
• Creative and curious mind with Fresh positive “can do” attitude is a must
• Excellent telephone manner, combined with client focused attitude
• Ability to prioritise
• Business acumen and keen interest in the economical and political situation
• Result driven
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and keep strict deadlines
• Previous experience in marketing/market research, customer care, sales would be advantage

The Job:

• As a part of our team, initially your main responsibilities will be to provide support to our senior consultants
• You will be responsible for detailed market research, candidate identification, media and internet screening, market monitoring
• Daily database input, updates and administrative support to the senior consultants
• Later in the process you will be trained on interviewing and selling techniques and you will be taking a more active part in our project management
