•    20 years expertise in delivery of Enterprise Applications (Billing, CRM, Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment,  Order Management, Content Management, Mobile E-Commerce, Web Customer Self-Service and Logistics systems).
•    Experienced in roles as Project/Program Management, Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, Enterprise Architect, Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Computer Programming.
•    Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Web User Interface Design and front/back office IT systems
•    Extensive experience in Systems Integration.
•    Managed large multiple teams (of up to 50) (offshore & onshore), large budgets and Global projects with different languages and cultures.
•    Business Development – developed and won new business with large telecom carriers) and CTT
•    Experience in traditional waterfall and agile methods.
•    Confident working at Senior Management / VP / Board level. Adept at working in a fast moving and constantly changing high-pressure environments.
•    Responded to RFI/RFPs & also managed the selection process of vendors and Enterprise Applications liaising with all areas of the corporation, the client & sales teams.  
•    Thorough understanding of ERP, Billing and CRM business processes from Opportunity & Campaign management, Order management through to fulfillment, delivery, payment and support, asset mgt and General Ledgers.
•    Led workshops related to business process problems/issues leading to process redesign and IT implementation.
