Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to build the already strong international brand but particularly to focus on the Czech Market across the Consumer and Small Business segments, maximize the Consumer and Small Business online business by driving traffic to our client‘s websites, which can be converted and monitored, maximize the Consumer and Small Business offline (Distributor/Reseller) business by managing and stimulating business through the existing profitable resellers/channel partners and active retention management of the Consumer and Small Business segment.

Responsibilities will include:

Provide insight into the Czech market & the central Marketing planning process.

Develop and execute the Czech marketing budget and plan, with central Marketing.

Help devise brand-building activities for the Czech market with central Marketing, and manage local execution.

Help devise traffic-driving activities for the Czech market with central Marketing, and manage local execution (for Consumers and Small Businesses, our client‘s websites) in association with the WebLab team.

Plan and execute local product launch and demand-generation campaigns (for Consumers and Small Businesses).

Plan and execute the Czech market’s channel marketing (Small Business end-user) activities with a focus on the existing TOP program, aimed at: recruiting high potential resellers/channel partners;
stimulating reseller/channel partner activities; driving Small Businesses to resellers/channel partners.

Plan and execute marketing programmes aimed at retaining end-users in association with the Web Lab team.

Manage local agencies: PR (in conjunction with central PR); Media (in conjunction with central Marketing); others as appropriate.

Build, develop and manage a strong Czech marketing team.

Skill set:

5+ years in Consumer and Small Business marketing in the Czech Republic – must have a mix of both.

Very strong track record with fast-developing brands.

Strong online sales and marketing experience.

Strong channel marketing experience.

Good understanding of the online services/software business, but doesn’t have to have security software background.

Proven track record in hiring and developing good people.

Very disciplined and focused: must be able to make things happen at the micro level.

But also able to see the big picture and think strategically.

Excellent, open communicator.

Strong character with a good sense of humour.

High leadership potential.
