HR Generalist IT Banking Prague up to CZK 70 000
Main Functions
Take over day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources in Prague:
Provide HR generalist support to the business with a focus on implementing HR processes and policy to meet business needs
Provide day to day HR support to the business & run necessary HR administration
Provide support across the Client Relationship Teams to ensure resourcing, reward, learning and employee relations requirements of the business are met
Main Duties will include:
Assisting with the set-up of: Employment standards, Standard contracts, HR policies and external vendor contracts etc.
Support the Business on the implementation of their people agenda
Providing front line advice and support to line managers on all HR issues including employee relations, compensation & benefits, resourcing, learning and development
Act as an interface between London and line managers to ensure effective delivery of HR advice and support. Including front line support on routine employee relations cases
Provide support to the Business on the annual compensation and performance management process
Provide input to the design and delivery of HR policies and processes to support the business needs
Run local payroll, benefit schemes and other HR administration, including SAP maintenance
Personal Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or good educational background, A-level or equivalent degree
At least 4-5 years relevant experience in an international environment in the HR field in Prague
Employment law and local labour market experience within Czech Republic
Significant understanding of the local labour law and regulatory environment
Ability to interact with all levels of seniority in the Business as well as outside our organisation (external vendors, lawyers, authorities)
Attention to detail, able to organize own workplace and work independently
Good knowledge of IT packages
Must be fluent in Czech and English, German would be a extremely advantageous
Strong sense of initiative with a hands-on approach
Quick on the uptake, trustworthy
