Join a newly established team in Prague that will be responsible for research, development and implementation of quantitative models. The group works closely with each business area (Interest Rates, Equity, Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Emerging Markets, Credit and Derivatives Counterparty Risk Management) to understand their requirements and propose solutions to their pricing and risk issues.
There are 160 members of the Quantitative Analytics group globally, located in London, Paris, Hong Kong, and New York.
Main Duties
Technical analysis, design, coding, maintenance and testing of components within the quant library development tool chain. Responsibility for deploying and supporting new components and support infrastructure.
Main Function
Develop software and solutions to facilitate the efficient development of models in a C++ quantative library. This includes creation of infrastructure, tools and processes and software components.
Essential Requirements
2 + years commercial experience with C or C++
Strong Perl
Development support (working with build tools, compilers, deployment systems and other tools for software development)
Testing and documentation
User support
Experience developing in a shared codebase with multiple developers
Software engineering techniques.
BSc. in Computer Science, or a MSc. in Mathematics, Physics or Engineering, with relevant experience
Good Written and verbal communication
