Senior Business Analyst, Prague Up to CZK 95000 pm
Setup a BA competency center / COE. Create and manage pool of BAs for meeting project needs.
Experienced Business Analyst with outstanding communication and client facing skills to join a thriving and rapidly expanding operation in Prague. This is a key role with the successful applicant working in a high profile position.
To be considered for this role you must have proven experience in the majority of the details below, ideally with a bias towards applications testing and delivery.
Specifics:
Define and develop operational processes and process maps, governance plans etc
Define roadmaps for implementation of processes
Setup a BA competency center/COE. Create and manage pool of BAs for meeting project needs.
Lead and mentor multi-site team of BAs (preferably onsite/offshore model)
Interact with business users to define, gather and document requirements
Interact with Development and testing teams to clarify requirements. Resolve implementation issues in a timely manner
Facilitate requirements planning sessions, problem solving sessions.
Create requirements specifications through progressive elaboration
Support business users when required during the UAT phase
Manage and communicate requirements change quickly and clearly
Work with client managers, business users to resolve conflicts in requirements, features / projects priorities in a timely manner
Must have excellent meeting, presentation and facilitation skills.
