IT Business Analyst - J2EE, UML – Work with the full cycle of projects in a challenging industry!

One of the most successful and leading insurance company’s on the Czech market is seeking suitable candidate for the position of Business Analyst. This might be a good step up for a Technical Consultant who’s ready to take his career higher and become an Analyst.
Your main responsibilities will include business analysis process for an assigned project, prioritizing and triage the conflict requirements together with project manager and Chief Business Analyst, cooperating with local team and Chief Business Analyst during the test phases, intensive support of the test analysis based on the specification decomposition and test requirement and test case definition (test data preparation).
Requirements:
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong ability to understand technical problems and constraints
• Strong ability to manage, facilitate and moderate the discussion among the business units and IT representatives
• Very good knowledge of J2EE concepts
• Good knowledge of usability concepts
• Good knowledge of UML
• Hands on experience with the multi-tier application development
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Excellent command over written and spoken business English (+ Czech is advantage)
