As the test manager your responsibilities will include directing a team of distributed testers, strategizing, organizing, and planning of process guidelines on creating analysis for testing projects. This will include strong focus on quality measurement and lead activities for multiple testing departments.
Our client is looking for 4+ years experience in a similar position. It is imperative to have strong client facing experience, with confidence to work in an international environment. Strong communication skills are needed with fluent English, all other languages are an advantage. You will also have strong knowledge of testing principles and processes at a master level. Last but not least you must provide a strategic approach to analyzing problems and devising solutions.
